This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Hi-Lo Rush handles information when you use the mobile game. Neon Hi-Lo Rush is a points-only card streak game. It does not offer or promote real-money gambling, cash-out, wagering, betting, sweepstakes, or prizes of real-world value.

Neon Hi-Lo Rush is intended only for users who are legally allowed to play simulated gambling-style games in their location. The game is not directed to children or minors.

We collect only the information needed to run the game and sync progress:

• Google sign-in information, such as your Firebase user ID, display name, and email address, if you choose Google sign-in.
• Gameplay progress, such as points balance, best streak, reduced-motion preference, and last update time.
• Basic technical information handled by Firebase services, such as authentication, security, diagnostics, and service logs.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Let you sign in with Google.
• Save and restore your points-only game progress across devices.
• Maintain account security and prevent abuse.
• Operate, debug, and improve the app.

Firebase and Google Services

No Real-Money Gambling or Real-World Prizes

The points, streaks, cards, chips, and balances shown in Neon Hi-Lo Rush are virtual game elements only. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, cashed out, exchanged for money, or exchanged for anything of real-world value. The game does not include real-money gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, sweepstakes, or prize redemption.

In-App Purchases and Ads

Neon Hi-Lo Rush currently does not include in-app purchases and does not show third-party advertising. If this changes, this policy and the store listing will be updated before the feature is made available.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as needed to operate the app through Firebase/Google services, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with your consent.

Data Retention

We keep Google sign-in and progress data for as long as needed to provide cloud save and account features. Local progress may remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

Your Choices

• You can play offline without Google sign-in.
• You can remove local data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
• You can request deletion of cloud progress associated with your Google sign-in account by contacting the developer through the contact email listed on the Google Play store page.

Children's Privacy

Neon Hi-Lo Rush is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the developer through the Google Play store contact email so the information can be removed.

Security

We use Firebase security rules and account-based access controls to protect cloud progress data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a small mobile game.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
